    Back-to-school is a busy time, so get a head start and purchase your 2022-2023 Pirate PTO membership today! Each membership is good for one school year (expires June 1, 2023) and covers an entire household.  Every member must renew annually. 

    Membership is a great way to stay up-to-date on the happenings of our Pirate community, and also an excellent opportunity to advocate for students, staff and public education.

  • 4th Annual VIP Car Rider Auction Starts August 23

    Ahoy Pirate families!

    We know the car rider pickup line can make any good pirate want to walk the plank!  Avoid the painful wait with a VIP Car Rider Pass, which entitles the owner to bypass the car rider pickup line by cutting to the front. Kids of VIP Car Rider Pass winners will be released first.

    You can snag one of five VIP Car Rider Passes by placing a winning bid or selecting the "buy now" option during the 4th Annual Pirate PTO, August 23 at 9:00 am to August 25 at 4:00 pm. 

    All auction proceeds are used exclusively for Pirate PTO's 2022-2023 Teacher Grants. Visit this link to learn more about auction rules, bid or buy now.

    About the Pirate PTO

    Your early membership helps aid the planning process.  PTO Membership is inclusive and open to all parents and guardians whose children are enrolled at Pomona Elementary.  You are welcome -- no matter your profession, how long you've been a parent in the district, or your bandwidth for volunteering.  

    Your PTO membership does not obligate you to do anything -- meeting attendance and volunteerism is always needed and appreciated -- but never required. 

    As a PTO member, you have the opportunity to: 

    • Be first-in-the-know about school district happenings
    • Share your ideas and concerns regarding events, fundraising, school needs and community building
    • Support school enrichment for all students
    • Learn more about what happens your child's school day 
    • Meet teachers from different grades
    • Voice concerns and help problem solve. 

    The 2022-2023 Annual Family Membership expires June 1, 2023.
