This page contains the current open sponsorship opportunities for Pirate PTO. As always, the Pirate PTO has an on-going need for general budget support. Please reach out to [email protected] for any questions regarding corporate sponsorship, ways the Pirate PTO can promote your business through our Corporate Sponsorships, the benefits of Corporate giving programs, etc. We are open to other visible Sponsorship opportunities if you have them and are not listed here.

3rd Annual Trunk or Treat

The following sponsorship opportunities are available for the 3rd Annual Trunk or Treat event, sponsored by the Pirate PTO. The event takes place October 27, 2023 from 5:30 to 7:00 or until candy runs out. This event is very well attended and free to not only the school community but open to the public. This is a great event to get exposure to lots of young families in a short period of time. 

Sponsorships Available:

  • Financial donations for the purchase of candy, the sponsorship of DJ and entertainment, etc. 
  • Trunk decoration/hosting 
  • Signage and photo locations
  • Bag sponsor

Teacher Appreciation Events

The Pirate PTO supports our school faculty and teachers frequently through teacher appreciation events, such as catered breakfasts, small giveaways, small gifts, themed days. These are perfect opportunities for local businesses to showcase their products while also valuing our educators.

Important Sponsorship Information

The Pirate PTO appreciates all contributions, no matter the size.  The Pirate PTO helps support our school by providing additional funds to continue programs, sponsor events and activities, and purchase items to supplement funding from Alvin Independent School District.  The Pirate PTO is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations, including gifts-in-kind, outside of membership dues, are 100% tax deductible.
